Returns policy
We really hope you are happy with your purchases but if you want to return a product you have bought from this site or there is some fault please do get in touch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods back to Hark1karan or 14 days within receiving proof of postage from the customer, if earlier. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please advise us of your intention via the contact form on www.hark1karan.com
